SPENCER’S OWN TALKS NEW EP IN AN EXCLUSIVE ‘STORY OF A SONG’ WEEK LONG SERIES ON THE BOOT
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 12, 2016) — Country music’s emerging vocal group Spencer’s Own is set to premiere the official music video for their single “Livin’ in the Moment” in a double TV broadcast and internet premiere event (today) Tues., April 12.
The music official music video will make it’s TV broadcast premiere on the AXS TV popular show Nothing But Videos at 11:30 a.m. ET, which features a multi-genre playlist of some of today’s top music videos. AXS TV is available in more than 40 million households.

The music video directed by filmmaker Shawn Worlow set out in the first lines of the song to give viewers a front row seat to the bands dynamic multi-lead style in a performance set that has the rock and swagger, evocative of a rock-pop band. It’s clear that there is a special chemistry among the fivesome as they trade lines delivering a one of a kind sibling harmony.
“Livin in the Moment” is a love story that encompasses a much deeper message, for us to stop and take in the moments our lives as they are happening before becoming a memory,” says Nate Williams of Spencer’s Own. “So it was important for us to tell that story in a compelling way.”
In the emotionally charged video, three stories set the stage as characters find themselves crossing paths with each other unaware of how much their lives converge. A single dad struggles to get quality time with a teenage daughter as he plans a special moment; a couple dealing with a strained relationship, while the boyfriend finds answers that help bring them together again; and a pregnant waitress who feels financial stress while one of the most important moments of her life takes flight.
The single “Livin’ in the Moment” is currently #48 on the radio charts. As the single makes it’s way up the charts, critics have welcomed the band giving high marks with Roughstock saying; “With Livin’ in the Moment,” Spencer’s Own stake their claim as the next great vocal band.” CMA award winning journalist Chuck Dauphin writes; “The group of five brothers have the harmony thing down pat.
